Alkali recovery boiler is equipment in which the waste liquid (black liquor) from pulp washing procedure of alkaline paper-making process burns out as fuel after it is concentrated. After the black liquor burns, it becomes liquid slag and is discharged from the bottom of boiler, which could be reduced to alkali after causticized. If alkali recovery boiler is employed by paper maker, it can not only recover alkali used in paper making process (recovery rate in boiler: 99%), but also provide heat and generate power, thus obtain comprehensive effect in recovery, energy conservation and pollution reduction.
