Scope of application

It is applied in making concrete hollow bricks, hollow blocks, cement products.
Construction technology
Dosage: 0.5-1.2% of cement, usually every package of cement (100 kg) mixed with 1 kg.
Since it’s less usage, requirements extend mixing time, mechanical stiring is a better.
Hand mixing: with sand, cement, efficient mortar mix well, then adding water mixing 5 minutes again.
Mechanical agitation: with sand, cement, efficient mortar mix 1 minute, then adding water mixing 3-5 minutes.
Attentions
Before plastering, wall surface should be drenched by water, but no obvious can plasterer.
When plastering, should be take on around 95% marto to wall at first time, and make the wall to be level off and uniform; If put more than 20 mm thickness plastering, need to hierarchical construction.
When operating, shoud take the level up or 45 degrees push up blow, not to pull back or 45 degrees.
After operate, use wooden float to rub, then use iron float light press the surface again.
