Product features

This product is made from inorganic acid, strong oxidizer, inhibitor, brightener, ash inhibitor, surface active agent, and so on. Compared with conventional alkaline etching technique, it has the following advantages

1. With the two functional of removing oxidizing and polishing. Treated profiles can be directly oxidized, simplyifing pre-oxidation treatment processes.

2. Improves profile glossy, useful for stabilizing prime color of clored profiles and for brilliant colors and lusters, and has special brightening and whitening effect of sand spray treated profiles.

3. Utilizes proper inhibitors and surface active agents, overcomers the short points of aluminium profiles with incompletes solution (e.g. inadequate refining and hardening, serious aliquation or crystal), surface sands and bright crystals, etc.

4. Wide technical parameters of tank liquid, with the advantages of low cost, low pollution and simple operation
