Characteristic: The main body of the machine is a cone-shaped tank. As inside the tank is a vacuum state, the drying rate is greatly improved , so the energy saving and high heat efficiency can be achieved. The advanced technical design makes the machine convenient to operate and easy for cleaning. As the high-temperature steam can pass into the inner cylinder to sterilize, aseptic operation is ensured in the production process.
Principle: Under vacuum state inside the tank, steam or hot water can pass into the tank to heat the inner wall through the jacket. Heat conducted to the wet materials via inner wall, materials are heated while water is gasified. With steam pumped by the exhaust tube constantly, inside the tank is being formed a vacuum state, which speeds up the drying rate of materials. The tank rotating at a low speed under the driving of the motor, materials are stirred continually to exchange the heating surface. Accordingly, the purpose of uniform drying is achieved.
