lutein powder (food grade) is obtained from fresh marigold flower under the processes of fermentation, extraction, concentration, saponification and separation. Its main components are lutein and dextrin.
Application:1.It is mainly used in food,medicine and health care products. Recommending dosages : 0.01-0.2% or add under the need.
2.It can effectively delay the deterioration of eyesight and blindness that is caused by the macula lutea degradation;
3.It can also reduce the risk of cataracts, prevent the degradation of muscle, and delay the cardiovascular sclerosis, coronary heart disease, and tumour pathological changes caused by aging.
Using method: it can be added directly and use after being mixed with other ingredients.
Characteristics: Yellow powder or orange powder, above 90% pass 80 mesh sieve. No unpleasant smell, slightly soluble in water and vegetable oils, easily
soluble in ethanol with content of 80% or more. PH value of 1% water solution is from 7.5 to 8.
