1. Overview

The heat exchanger is the equipment to transmit part heat of the thermal fluid to cold fluid, it's general equipment in industry department such as chemical, petroleum, power, food and else, it occupies an important position in the production.

2. Working principle

The heat exchanger is constituted with cooling and step-down device on the basis of plate heat exchanger, it use regulator to do first order heat transfer to high steam or high-temperature water to make it dropping to under 150 °C. Plate heat exchanger is suitable for high steam and high-temperature water (150 °C above) to do heat transfer. The device combines the advantages of plate heat exchanger and cooling and step-down transformer, and makes heat exchanger doing more fully heat exchange.

4. Equipment Characteristics

1)      Heat exchange equipment is small, floor space is little, it can save the investment of 70%

2)      Assembly equipment is few, the system is simple, 50% of systematic investment can be saved.

3)      When the steam pressure is greater than 0.35 Mpa, water resistance is normal, it can still heating without electric circulating water pump, electricity saving can reach 100%.

4)      Thermal efficiency of heat exchange equipment hybrid heat transfer is nearly 100%, the saved steam can be 4.5%.

5)      No rotating equipment or easy leakage, vibration, overheating, over-voltage, aging, scale and other equipment, equipment maintenance can be avoided, maintenance costs can be saved more than 70%.

6)      Heat transfer equipment can supply heat regularly when power cut, running noises are accord with environmental protection requirement, the system failure rate is low, the responsibility is greatly improved, and life of the heat transfer equipment can be increased to more than 15 years.
