It is divided into fixed tube plate, floating head type, U tube heat exchanger according to the pattern. And it is divided into the single tube, double tube and multi-tube according to the structure. Structure: shell, bundle, tube plate, deflection baffle and elliptical head. The fluid flow in the tube, their trip called monitor; another fluid flow out of the tube, their trip called shell side. Wall Surface of the tube bundle is the heat transfer surface. Deflection baffle: in order to improve flow velocity of the shell side, we usually install a certain number of deflection baffles which perpendicular with tube bundle in shell. Deflection baffle can not only prevent fluid short circuit, increase the flow velocity, it can also force fluid to cross flow pass the tube bundle according to regulations path many times, and can make the turbulence degree greatly increased.
