Quartz Sand Ball Mill application:
This ball mill is widely applied in the metal and nonmetal mines and water conservancy, glass building materials department grinding all kinds of ores, rocks and artificial sands ,which needs product size equally, powder sand material less industry. Such as: making artificial sand, glass raw materials quartz sand, chemical industry coal-water slurry preparation, etc.
Quartz sand ball mill features:
(1) High efficiency and energy saving, it is rolling bearing support instead of sliding bearing support. Compared with sliding bearing support, have energy-saving 10 ~ 20%, in the same power, has the production capability increased of 10 to 20%.
(2) Diameter more than 2700 mm above ball mill can adopt high voltage motor, pneumatic clutch, big gear lubrication dry oil spray and slow drivers device, for maintenance use.
(3) can be based on user needs accordingly. Because of the material type, size, material discharging different particle size, production capacity difference is very big. Dry process production due to material liquidity is very poor, production capacity for wet of only 40% ~ 70%.
3.The Structure of Quartz Sand Ball Mill
The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.
