Asphalt emulsion plant is used to heat and melt the asphalt to spread the tiny microdropletstatus into the water solution with emulsifier with the effect of mechanical shearing, forming asphalt emulsion with oil in water; the produce characteristic: smash the asphalt into tiny particle with the mechanical force and spread into the water evenly, forming stable emulsion, i.e. asphalt emulsion.
Asphalt emulsion is a kind of new road material, without heating when using, spraying, injecting or mixing in the normal temperature. It is widely used in the road surface treatment, sealing, slot repairing, old material recycle, new building of road of lower class. GLR6B asphalt emulsion plant is the designed special equipment to produce asphalt emulsion, with good cost performance.
GLR6B asphalt emulsion plant is composed of asphalt supplying system, emulsifier proportioning and emulsion supplying system; colloid mill, flow measuring system, motor frequency conversion speed adjusting system, hot oil heating system and finished product storage/relay tank etc.
The colloid mill of GLR6B introduced the most advanced “internal gear” stator-rotor structure, which combines shearing and milling and is applicable to produce a variety of asphalt emulsion. All wetted parts are made of high-strength stainless steel, equipped with mechanical seal and heat conducting hot oil jacket. The clearance of rotor and stator is adjustable. Asphalt particles size after once shearing and milling can reach min. 0.10.1μm.
The asphalt and emulsion flow can be controlled automatically and played through touch screen. The instantaneous flow of asphalt and emulsion can be controlled respective flowmeter and transducer. The user can imput the oil-water ratio and productivity in the touch screen to achieve the automatic production.
If asphalt or emulsion block is met in the production process, the PLC program can be stopped to prevent the block wearing the equipment. When the automatic program has fault, switch to manual model and adjust the transducer of asphalt and emulsion to achieve tentation data.
There is check valve in the pipeline outlet of asphalt and emulsion to prevent the backflow of block.

The entire device has the advantage of excellent work, simple operation, reliable, accurate product oil and water control, which can meet a wide range of emulsified asphalt production; the device can be either automatically operated, and also retains the manual production function, which is more conducive to actual production
Two emulsion tankers can be used alternately to achieve continuous production.
