OVERVIEW
1,PB02 eifs coating and adhesive is one-component, polymer-modified, cement based, dry powder material used as an adhesive and base coat for the Exterior Insulating Finishing System (EIFS).
2,PB02 eifs coating and adhesive is easy to use by just adding water, improving on-site quality control.
3,PB02 eifs coating and adhesive shows excellent adhesion between substrate and expanded polystyrene boards when used as an adhesive.
4,PB02 eifs coating and adhesive also provides an excellent basecoat for embedding glass fiber mesh on top of which EIFS finishing coat is applied.
5,PB02 eifs coating and adhesive is a mineral adhesive and reinforcing mortar in acc. with EN 998-1

RECOMMEND USE
1,PB02 eifs coating and adhesive is used as an adhesive between mineral substrates and expanded polystyrene boards (EPS boards), XPS Boards, Foam Glass, etc.
2,PB02 eifs coating and adhesive is used as an embedding mortar applied over the EPS boards to embed the glass fiber mesh prior to application of finish coats.
3, PB02 eifs coating and adhesive can be used for interior and exterior.
4, PB02 eifs coating and adhesive can be used for all mineral and almost all organic substrates.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and any other loose or contaminating materials.
APPLICATION METHODS
PB02 eifs coating and adhesive is recommended to apply by Flat Trowel or by Spraying.
STORAGE
PB02 eifs coating and adhesive can be stored for up to 12 months in its original packaging in a dry place.
