Main Application:

   The equipment can straighten and bend the aluminum flat tube to a serpentine shape, and cut the serpentine tube to a certain length.  The procedures such as feeding, straightening, bening, and cutting are automatically done.

Main Features

The electrical control system is comprised of PLC and a touch screen. Feeding is conducted through the ball screw driven by a servo motor. The program can be changed through the touch screen, and the edited program can be stored directly. The machine can make serpentine tubes of various specifications. The machine has a high repetition accuracy, and a high stability.
