BF-GSZ Filling stoppering capping /screw-capping machine
Brief introduction
Model XZ high speed cap-clamping machine is suitable for mould antibiotic bottles and bottles mde from tube for 5-25ml.
It can automatically complete some procedures such as bottle arranging , bottle in-feeing ,cap-putting ,cap-clamping and bottle out-feeding. Rolling type planet structure is adopted for capping part It features firm and good sealing quality even and no scratches on a aluminum caps,low bottle breaking rate, high productive capacity and easy operation, ect. The control part adopts frequency convertor and speed adjustment,thus, to realize the function of stepless speed regulation .Protecting cover is required by clients.
Operating theory
The bottle arrangement set conveys the messy bottles to the thumb wheel and then into the rotary disk where the bottles are capped .The caps are arranged by electromagentic oscillator. The oscillation of electromagnet inside cause the oscillating bucket to oscillate and orderly arrange the originallt messy aluminum caps.The arranged caps then go into the guide rail to cap the bottles .Rolling type planet structure is adopted for capping by which the outline dimension difference of bottles can be automatically adjusted so as to lower the bottle breaking rate and to raise the qualified rate of capping .The thumb wheel sends the sealed bottled to the feed-out rail and then to the bottle feed-out tray and finally out of machine.
