Batch type old tyre(plastic) pyrolysis plant(XF/III-5,XF/III-8)

This type machine will produce oil batch by batch,one day one batch It needs to feed tyre,lead out ash (crude carbon black) and steel wire manually. It could also burn the gas from tyre. This type suit the country where the labor cost is low, but the process efficiency is too low than semi-continuous plant, and will waste many energy. 

 

 

Semi continuous old tyre(plastic) pyrolysis plant(XF/IV-5,XF/IV-8)

 

This type machine could process 3 batch in 2 days at least, if operating well, it could process 2 batch per day. It requires to feed tyre piece into reactor, then running like batch plant, after removing the carbon black, you can feed tyre piece again immediately to save heat in reactor, no need to wait 8hrs to cooling whole reactor. This is the "continuous" plant which most factories produce.

 

 

Fully continuous old tyre(plastic) pyrolysis plant(XF/V-15)

 

This kind of equipment adopted automatic feeding,automatic deslagging,the materials in the reactor,screw driving from the low temperature area to high temperature area and pyrolysis,high automatic,big capacity,high safety.Sloved many shortcoming of the fixed bed type and othe types pyrolysis equipments,quantity production,low capacity,long cycle,big consumption,heavy physical labour,bad working environment.In the meanwhile,solved the rotary kiln’s problem,many sealed point,potential safety and air pollution because of it is easy leakage of oil-oulet and hole of material discharging.
