The Equipment Configuration:    It’s equipped with a central reeling-out stand,a multi section strander,a die holder, a non-metal tapping head, a metal armouring head with a metal tape,a meter counter, a main drive,a traction device, a reeling-in/out stand,an electric control system and a safety protection.The Unique Feature:      1.The structure of the strander is that the strander body is located in the front and supported by the big bearing seat in the back. The main axle is thick-walled seamless tube  is of good steel rigidity,high speed and steady operation and other features.      2.The back twisting mode: all-gear back twisting is used to overcome the  shortcomings of the fragile and poor reliability caused by using traditional back-twisting rings and increase the reliability of the equipment operation,      3.The braking mode : pneumatic brake.
