Applicable scope:

Working principle:

1) Fill the basket with products and fix the baskets in the rotor .Then rotate to a pointed direction.

2) Steam enters the chamber directly to heat the products.

3) The packed food are rotary inside the retort during the sterilization which ensures the uniform heat.

4) The cooling water enters the chamber and cools the products down directly.

1) The steam enters the distort directly and lead to a quick sterilization

2) Direct steam sterilization saves the steam and shortens the time .

3) The porridge products could not precipitate the sterilization.
