Working principle

1.One batch sterilizing water is preheated and used by two chambers alternatively which improves the working efficiency.

2. The circulating pump recycles the sterilizing water in the processing tank.At the same time,the steam heats the water to the set temperature and keeps the temperature in an excellent condition.

3. The coiling water enters the retort directly to cool the products down quickly.

Features

1.The sterilizing water is preheated .The higher initial temperature shortens the sterilizing time and protects the quality of the products.

2. After sterilizing,the water is pumped into the other tank which saves the steam and shortens the time.

3. The speed of heat penetration to soft package is high ,especially to the big package.

4. Save energy:The sterilizing water is used recycling which saves the steam.

5. The uniform heat distribution makes the quality of the products steady.
